Terms of Service (TOS) for VEMA Certification & Registration Services.
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the VEMA Certification & Registration Services (“Service”) provided by VEMA ITALIA GRUPPO (“VEMA”) to the applicants (i.e. cooperating agents, trainers, academies) . By applying for the VEMA SERVICES, the applicant agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1. Introduction
VEMA Italia Gruppo (“VEMA”) is a private and independent group working as a registry center with a focus on the provision of certification and registration services to food, confectionery, desserts, and beverage-related individuals or businesses actively offering educational services to the public through in-person, online, or offline training classes or hands-on workshops, demo trainings, private and group classes, etc.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for VEMA’s certification and registration services, the applicant must be a trainer or academy (school/institute/group/company/educational center) in the related areas and must be able to provide documents as proof of their relevance for VEMA to verify; this may be done through presentation of a CV accompanied with related educational/training certificates, an official website, a social media page devoted to publishing photos and news about their classes and students, and work samples and class outcomes, etc. Cooperating agents could be any freelancers interested in distribution of VEMA services in their region and do not necessarily have to be a trainer or an expert in the food and beverage industry; but they need to locate professional trainers and academies who may wish to receive VEMA certification and registration services for their training activities. Thus, the agent would be responsible to settle everything (e.g. document collection, data provision, payment collection, payment transfer to VEMA, etc.) as a mid-goer between VEMA and those trainers/academies.
3. Service Fees
For applicants inside the EU:
- Cooperation application fee: a one-time €100 + 22% VAT
- One-time €50 + 22% VAT per trainer approval (includes certification and registration fees for the trainer)
- €10 + 22% VAT per student certification and registration service for an introduced group class
For applicants outside the EU:
- Cooperation application fee: a one-time €100
- One-time €50 per trainer approval (includes certification and registration fees for the trainer)
- €10 per student certification and registration service for an introduced group class
NOTE 1: The fees are announced in Euro, however, in some cases and according to our network supplementing needs or the applicant’s request or preference, we may change the total payable amount to its equivalent in USD on the invoices. In that case, the 22% VAT will not be added to the invoice.
NOTE 2: When the applicant introduces at least 50 students in a particular month, a 10% discount would be applied on the applicant’s invoice for the total payable amount in that month. And when the applicant introduces at least 100 students in a particular month, a 20% discount would be applied on the applicant’s invoice for the total payable amount in that month.
4. Other criteria to consider:
- For group classes a single “group code” would be issued which means that the same code would be reflected on all the participants’ certificates as well as on the registry of our website. So, that code may be used to track and validate all the details about that group training course on our website’s “Training” page online at any time.
- VEMA certification and registration services are only offered to trainers and academies, and not directly to students. Any student willing to get the service must proceed through their trainer and/or academy.
- A trainer/academy can only ask for services when the educational classes have been implemented within their country of residence (i.e., the country they have announced at the time of joining VEMA as reflected on their certificate of approval).
- VEMA’s policy for service provision is mainly on a group class basis. This means that we only consider requests that meet the following minimum and maximum numbers: a group class needs to be comprised of at least 3 participants (students) and a maximum of 20 (sometimes possible to extend to 30 depending on the type of class introduced, e.g., a demo class).
- For requests that are less than the defined limit, there are some possibilities as below: 1- if there are less than three participants (which we normally consider a private class rather than a group class), the trainer can either ask us to list the names in other similar classes already registered on our system (if any); and if there is no such previous record at VEMA, they can wait until they meet the determined limit for registration on our system. And a third option would be asking us for private registration for each individual. In this case, the fees would be considered as that of an average group class with 10 participants, which means the cost for certification and registration of an individual with a unique “individual registration code” would be equal to 100 Euros € + 22%.
5. Service Request and Service Provision
- Upon approval of the applicant by VEMA, the applicant can start introducing their training classes and students for certification and registration by VEMA.
- Service request will be online. The applicant must send training class and student details to VEMA via a special form on the website which can be found here.
- Upon receiving the training class details through the website form, if all is fine and complete and there are no shortcomings in the provided information, the service provision by VEMA (which includes certification and registration) will be very quick and normally will be completed on the same day, unless there are any holidays in between (e.g. Sundays); in that case, the service provision may take up to 48 hours.
- VEMA will provide the issued e-certificates to the applicant through email. The applicant may then forward the e-certificates to the students’ emails or may wish to print them and hand them or post the printed certificates.
6. Invoicing and Method of Payment
- Due to VEMA’s policy toward the support of education providers, we will not charge the applicants anything prior to the service provision. For this reason, VEMA will issue an invoice to the applicants once a month based on the amount of service provided and the amount of payable dues incurred in a particular month.
- The invoicing will normally take place at the end of each calendar month entailing all the service costs complied in that month (except for December when this will be done on the 20th of the month), and the applicant will have 3 days to settle it. (Note: if the invoice is not settled within this period, the registered data will be removed from the website and online tracking and verification will not be possible, leading to the cancelation and revocation of the issued certificates).
- Our acceptable payment method is through blockchain technology and cryptocurrency in EURT or USDT. The applicant must be fine with this type of payment and must ensure they have a suitable digital wallet which can support such transactions. On each invoice, the payment details and instructions will be provided to the applicant.
7. Limitation of Liability
- VEMA works as an independent service provider and has no affiliation or connection with any governmental or non-governmental entities in any country around the world. Our service is mainly created and aimed for the support and motivation of individual trainers and/or academies devoted to serving the public and increasing public interest and awareness about foods, confections, desserts, chocolates, beverages, and similar areas through their educational activities; and thus our services could be useful for the consolidation of their educational records (either as a teacher or a student) and nothing more. We do not claim or guarantee that our services could be beneficial to the applicants for other purposes including immigration, employment, career opportunity, career promotion, and the like. The applicants must acknowledge and approve of this if they decide to apply to receive any service from VEMA.
- VEMA and its employees, agents, associates, and partners would not be responsible for any losses caused by its services to the applicants for any reason whatsoever, and the applicants must keep VEMA away from any liability.
- If the service is out of reach for any reason including internet problems, software and hardware problems, server problems, etc., or for any other reasons that are out of control (e.g. natural disasters, war, disease outbreak, etc.) VEMA would not be liable for any possible failure in the provision or maintenance of the service during that period.
- VEMA is not directly involved in any educational/training activity and does not have supervision on them; all such activities are managed by the applicants (i.e. the trainers/academies that are approved by VEMA as a professional in the field of their expertise). VEMA only provides supportive certification and registration services to its network of approved trainers/academies.
8. Disclaimer:

Thus, the applicants of VEMA services acknowledge and agree that receiving such services alone does not guarantee any specific outcomes or advantages in external contexts and that the service is provided on an “as-is” basis.
9. Waiver of Claims and Legal Disputes:
By applying for a certification/registration service at VEMA, the applicant voluntarily waives any rights to claim anything against or sue VEMA, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates, for any damages, losses, liabilities, or disputes arising from or related to the provided service by VEMA. This waiver includes, but is not limited to, claims of negligence, breach of contract, defamation, or any other legal cause of action. VEMA, as an independent provider of certification and registration services, shall remain immune from any lawsuit, legal action, or prosecution as a result of the services it provides, including but not limited to certification, registration, recognition, or any related activities. Service applicants acknowledge and agree that VEMA cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the services provided by VEMA.
10. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy, and the acceptable language to be used in the process would be Italian.
11. Modifications and Termination:
VEMA reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the terms of service at any time without prior notice. Applicants applying for certification/registration will be notified of any significant changes, and their continued cooperation will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
By using VEMA’s services, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
