Note: After you submit the form, you will see “Message Sent Successfully” at the bottom of the form, which means we have received your submitted data. So, please avoid sending the same data more than once.
Watch your email within 24 hours from your submission date (or 48 hours when coinciding Sundays) for the certificate files. And if anything is missing, we will be in touch with you through email.
