VEMA is a private, independent, and impartial third party registry & certificate provider based in Italy with some associates overseas that at first place, aims to support motivational certificates to food and beverage businesses & professionals.
This is done through two types of services: AWARD CERTS & TRAINING CERTS.
AWARD CERTS can be apt for all businesses that offer food, drinks and catering services including restaurants, fast food shops, pizzerias, coffee shops, etc. in any country around the world that are owned, managed and run by non-Italian people and offer ITALIAN FOOD, BEVERAGES, and DESSERTS and thus help keep alive and maintain the name of ITALY always in hearts and minds of everyone!

TRAINING CERTS can be apt for all individuals active in the educational fields related to food, drinks, and sweets including trainers chefs, pastry chefs, trainers, and trainees. This certification system together with the registration services as offered by VEMA would be a suitable choice for those who seek to keep a record of their educational path which is also approved by and registered at a third party!

VEMA ITALIA GRUPPO was launched by Alberto Carlucci in 2014 in an effort to encourage the promoters of the food and drinks that originate from Italy and are now world-famous, being produced and sold by non-Italians throughout the world. VEMA AWARDS has been possible through the invaluable cooperation of VEMA SAS DI VESTALI ITALA & Consulting, which is a registered company in Milan, Italy.
In the recent year, due to numerous requests received from various countries, VEMA has expanded its certification services through development of a new phase called “International Certificates”, and thus changing the group name to VEMA ITALIA INT’L GROUP. At this phase, adding an encouraging supportive role to promoters of international cuisines, VEMA is ready to offer various types of certificates related to INTERNATIONAL FOOD, BEVERAGES, and DESSERTS in order to support all the different shops active in this field at a worldwide scale.
Here at VEMA, we work hard to study international markets in order to find those who keep the name of ITALY alive through their activities, and to encourage them by awarding them for this promotional work!
VEMA follows its own straightforward internal principles and procedures in presenting awards to the applicants. Applicants will only be required to fill out an application form (available upon request) and to present the required documents and licenses (as explained in the application form) to VEMA for review and judgment. Upon a positive review result, a certificate will be awarded to the applicant. Application and certification fees are kept to minimal to make it affordable for many to join the VEMA international network and take advantage this prestigious showcase!
Also, in the recent years, VEMA ITALIA gladly opened yet another section namely known as TRAINING CERTS to be able to support registration and certification requests received from individual freelance trainers in the areas related to cooking and pastry making who needed a platform to keep a traceable record of their classes and students. Thus, VEMA started to make a network of qualified trainers through licensing them to work under VEMA brand and introduce students who have successfully accomplished training courses with them for certification and data registration at its official website. Of course, it needs to be mentioned that VEMA ITALIA is not an academy by itself and only provides supportive certification and registration services to the interested parties that have already been selected and approved by VEMA though a license of recognition. Thus, all the educational and training courses are directly managed and held by the professionals in their own academic environments and can be trusted.
TRAINING CERT is aimed to support professionals, trainers, and trainees in the various areas related to cooking and pastry making. Both come with data registration service that would make the certificates unique and easily traceable! This service could specially serve well for businesses & individuals for the consolidation of records required for their résumé!
